GTW is a small, locally owned outpatient therapy practice serving women and children in Athens and the surrounding East Tennessee communities. We believe excellent therapy and genuinely caring for people should go hand in hand. We are currently looking for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to help us expand our pediatric services.
What this position looks like:
This is an outpatient pediatric position with the opportunity to develop a caseload based on therapist availability and clinic needs. We are looking for someone interested in providing individualized, play based, functional speech and language therapy in a collaborative environment. Potential areas of treatment may include: Speech sound and articulation disorders Expressive and receptive language Early language development Social communication and pragmatic skills Feeding and oral motor concerns, based on therapist training and experience Parent and caregiver education Collaboration with occupational therapy and other providers involved in the child's care Who we're looking for More than anything, we are looking for someone who is a good fit for our patients, families, and team.
