Your primary focus will be direct service delivery to a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students, ensuring every child receives personalized support. With administrative and testing responsibilities handled by the districts lead SLP, you'll be empowered to dedicate your expertise fully to student care, documentation, and ongoing progress monitoring.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

Valid Tennessee licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience or interest in serving middle school populations Ability to provide speech-language therapy in an educational setting Strong skills in data collection and documentation Commitment to collaborating within a school team

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted speech therapy services to assigned students, supporting their communication goals Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy sessions Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support students academic and social success Focus exclusively on service provision and documentationtesting and evaluations are managed by the lead SLP at the district Adapt and refine therapy strategies based on student progress and needs Participate in meetings related to your caseload as necessary
