Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current licensure as an SLP (SLP-CCC or SLPA considered) Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities Ability to adapt to diverse work environments Commitment to best practices in speech and language therapy
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of around 50 students (K-12) Deliver assessments and provide evidence-based therapy Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies
