10-month school-year contract
Pay:
$54-$66 per hour No evaluations. No case management. More time providing direct therapy services to students. About Thrive Therapies Group Thrive Therapies Group is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide contracted speech-language therapy services to students in Jackson, Tennessee during the school year. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who wants to focus primarily on direct therapy, with an established student caseload and access to clinical resources and operational support. About the OpportunityFocus on Direct Therapy Provide direct speech-language therapy services without responsibility for evaluations or clinical case management. Meaningful Time With Students Deliver focused, 40-minute therapy sessions that support student communication goals and progress. School-Year Caseload This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with a substantial ongoing caseload throughout the 10-month school year. Clinical Resources Thrive provides access to therapy materials, clinical resources, and tools that support high-quality student services. Collaborative Environment Coordinate with school teams, regional partners, behavioral specialists, and other clinicians to support student needs and continuity of services. What You'll Do Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs Deliver focused, 40-minute therapy sessions Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress Collaborate with school and clinical partners regarding student needs Provide services in accordance with applicable professional and state requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active Tennessee SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred Ability to complete required background checks and credentialing Why Join Thrive Therapies GroupDirect Student Impact Spend more of your time working directly with students and supporting communication progress. Pay:

Do you currently hold an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)? Do you currently hold an active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist license?
