Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Current, active TN SLP License required Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and those with robust school-based SLP experience Background working with students across a variety of ages and ability levels, particularly those in PreK-12 settings Strong interpersonal and documentation skills Capacity to adapt services based on student needs and IEP requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans Deliver direct therapy services to students in small groups or individual settings Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to support student success Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings as needed Foster a welcoming, organized, and positive therapeutic environment This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM, allowing for work-life balance while connecting with students and faculty.
