9676935-38242 Job Description Step into a dynamic school-based environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students communication and educational success across all grade levels. This contract opportunity runs from January 5th, 2027 through February 26th, 2027, offering full-time hours Monday through Friday, 8AM3PM. Youll collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to implement individualized treatment plans for students from PreK through 12th grade, making a meaningful difference in their daily learning experience.

Qualifications:

Current Tennessee SLP License required Certification as SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY Experience working in school settings with PreK-12th grade students preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to designated caseload of PreK-12 students Conduct assessments and interpret diagnostic results to determine intervention needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state standards Consult with educators and families to integrate communication goals into classroom activities Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to promote continual improvement
