Job Overview Small Talk Therapies is a growing mobile pediatric speech therapy practice serving children and families in Spring Hill, Franklin, Columbia, and surrounding areas. We are passionate about providing individualized, family-centered therapy in children's natural environments. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated speech-language pathologist to join our team for part-time, after-school hours in the Spring Hill area . This position is ideal for a school-based SLP who is looking to supplement their current schedule with flexible afternoon and evening sessions. Responsibilities Provide speech and language evaluations and direct therapy for pediatric clients in natural environments, most likely clients' homes Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring measurable progress. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies and optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home or in educational settings. Requirements Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Tennessee license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional liability insurance Ability to pass a background check Experience working with pediatric populations Demonstrated expertise in speech therapy techniques for individuals with diverse disabilities and speech impairments.
