Job Description

Job description The Arise Group/Arise Therapies LLC is a private therapy practice serving pediatrics and adults in Spring Hill and Columbia, TN. We provide speech, feeding, and occupational therapy services. We are seeking an experienced, caring, and engaging speech therapist to join our team and bring hope to the families we serve. The SLP will provide diagnostic evaluations and intervention programs and will work both in the clinic and nearby home/daycare settings. Hiring for a full-time team member of 36-40 hours for Columbia /Spring HIll Spring Hill Arise Therapies. Qualifications At least 1-2 years of pediatric speech therapy experience Adult speech therapy experience also desirable Experience in a private practice setting is preferred Master's degree in Speech Therapy Must be a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Tennessee Benefits Competitive pay Flexible hours Paid time-off and holiday pay Continuing education stipend 401(k) Medical benefits available for full-time staff

Work Location:

In person Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, particularly in pediatrics. Provide speech therapy sessions in a private practice setting, focusing on improving communication skills. Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Stay updated on advancements in speech-language pathology and apply relevant techniques in practice.
