Desired Qualifications:

Current, valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Texas CCC-SLP, SLP-CFY, or eligibility for consideration Experience working in educational or pediatric settings is valued Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Effective communicator and team collaborator Flexibility and adaptability in meeting a range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12 Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with school policies Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Deliver onsite services, ensuring an engaging and inclusive learning environment
