Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within a school setting in Boerne, TX. This role emphasizes delivering remote speech therapy to students, supporting their communication development through virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct teletherapy sessions to assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations. Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes. Utilize technology effectively to engage students during remote sessions.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification and licensure as required by Texas. Proven experience providing speech therapy in a school or educational setting. Proficiency in telespeech or teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage remote caseloads. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for working with children and families.
