Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Part-Time/PRN Speech Language Pathologist, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives! This role offers the flexibility of part-time hours with the added benefit of travel pay, allowing you to serve diverse communities and settings. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across pediatric populations, including early intervention programs and school-based environments. Your passion for patient care and dedication to improving quality of life will shine as you deliver personalized therapy plans tailored to each individual's needs. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric patients, including those in early intervention programs and school settings. Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at improving speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions. Provide direct therapy sessions to children with diverse communication needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques. Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and progress tracking. Document patient progress accurately in compliance with regulatory standards and maintain detailed treatment records. Travel between various client sites, including schools and clinics, ensuring timely service delivery across locations. Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices, physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and anatomy to enhance patient outcomes. Experience Prior school experience working with children in educational or early intervention settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in pediatrics and speech therapy techniques tailored for young populations. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and patient assessment methods relevant to speech-language pathology. Proven ability to deliver patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism. Experience working with diverse pediatric populations, including those requiring early intervention services. Pay:
$50.00 - $70.00 per hour
