Responsibilities include:

Evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans Providing skilled speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy Addressing communication and swallowing needs Using AAC strategies when appropriate Educating residents, families, caregivers, and staff Collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team Completing timely and accurate documentation Supporting resident-centered care and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license

ASHA CCC-SLP
