Overview Bilingual Speech Services is a therapist-owned company that partners with Texas school districts to provide high-quality speech-language services. We specialize in school-based services, bilingual evaluations, and culturally and linguistically appropriate support for students. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) to support students in the Conroe area for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is ideal for an SLP who is dependable, collaborative, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of students. Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Document therapy sessions, student progress, and service logs Assist with preparing therapy materials and activities Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff Participate in team meetings as appropriate Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Support students in individual and small-group therapy settings Requirements Active Texas SLP license School-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with school teams Reliable, professional, and student-focused Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Benefits Include Competitive hourly pay Supportive therapist-owned company School-based schedule Professional collaboration and mentorship Consistent communication and support from our team Pay W-2: $60-70/hour with benefits Actual pay may depend on experience and position structure.
