Ideal candidates will have:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and relevant state and federal regulations Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff Flexibility and adaptability to serve a diverse K-12 population Key responsibilities include: Conducting assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Participating in IEP meetings and providing expert input in collaborative planning Maintaining accurate records on student progress and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines Offering direct and consultative services to students across grade levels Engaging in school-wide initiatives to support literacy and language development Experience the satisfaction of seeing your impact reflected in student successes throughout the academic year.
