We're looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (new grads and experienced SLPs alike) to join our dynamic, supportive, and inspiring team! What You'll Do as an SLP As part of our expert team, you'll: Evaluate and treat children and young adults with diverse speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs. Develop individualized Plans of Care with meaningful short- and long-term goals tailored to each child's unique journey. Collaborate with families to maximize skill carryover and provide essential resources. Stay at the forefront of your field with professional development and evidence-based practices. Maintain detailed documentation while adhering to all licensure and certification requirements. Who You Are as an SLP You're a compassionate and skilled SLP with: A Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. A valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certification (or are a Clinical Fellow eager to grow). A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team setting alongside occupational therapists and fellow SLPs. Experience (or a passion to gain experience!) with a wide variety of conditions, including articulation, fluency, swallowing, and AAC devices.
