Key Qualifications:

Valid SLP license, holding either CCC or CFY status Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Familiarity with preparing present levels, goal writing, and making service recommendations for ARD meetings Ability to conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations for elementary populations Strong communication and organizational skills Collaborative and flexible mindset

Responsibilities:

Complete thorough speech and language evaluations for elementary students Provide targeted therapy services 1-2 days weekly in accordance with IEP goals Prepare present levels, develop intervention goals, and make service time recommendations specifically for ARD preparation Attend speech-only ARD meetings to support student outcomes and compliance Work collaboratively with ARD facilitators and other staff Benefit from support—most students are served by an assistant supervised by another SLP, so this role does not include assistant supervision responsibilities Experience professional flexibility in a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and focus on delivering high-quality, individualized support to students in need.
