PRN Salary:
$60 - $90 per visit Job Summary Texas Support Network is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will work in home and/or community-based settings to develop individualized treatment plans that improve clients' communication and quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy sessions in home or community settings Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Educate patients and families on therapy techniques Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care team members Ensure compliance with Texas state and federal regulations Key Qualifications Active Texas SLP license (Required) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Current CPR/BLS certification (if required) Experience in home health, pediatric, or adult therapy preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently Reliable transportation (if travel required) Benefits Competitive pay Flexible schedule Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or email:
