Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid state licensure as an SLP Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations Background in early childhood and elementary speech-language services preferred Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other therapy professionals Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills Adaptability in managing variable caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with varying speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct intervention and monitor student progress Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal planning and progress reporting Communicate regularly with teachers and families to ensure consistent support Maintain accurate and timely documentation
