Key Qualifications:

Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility required Recent experience in pediatric and/or school-based speech-language pathology strongly preferred Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication, articulation, and language disorders Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families in developing comprehensive IEPs Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills Compassionate, adaptable, and driven to foster student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for student caseload Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans and IEP goals Deliver individual and group therapy services in compliance with school policies and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student support Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings Engage in ongoing professional development and training as needed
