Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current Texas SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Texas SLP license, or ability to obtain prior to start date Experience or clinical practice in elementary school settings is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for helping students with diverse communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech/language therapy to elementary-aged students per IEP requirements Collaborate with the current SLP to assess student needs and manage caseload Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and parents Offer guidance and recommendations to support general education staff Contribute positively to the school community and promote student success
