What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Texas SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA School-based experience strongly preferred Willingness to supervise SLPAs in an onsite setting Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to varied student needs across different age groups and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Work with educators, parents, and support staff to provide comprehensive care Supervise onsite SLPAs, offering mentorship and guidance to ensure service excellence Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in the development of goals tailored to individual student needs Adapt therapy approaches to serve a district-wide caseload; specific assignments will be determined as the academic year progresses
