9684175-76248 Job Description Looking for a dynamic opportunity supporting students across a variety of schools? We are seeking two experienced, onsite Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services to K-12 students through the end of May 2027. This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference across a diverse district, working collaboratively with educators and families. You will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive speech and language assessments, designing individualized intervention plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students reach their fullest potential. Candidates who have experience supervising SLPAs and are comfortable providing mentorship in an onsite setting are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Hold a current Texas SLP license in good standing Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP) required Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Strong understanding of K-12 speech/language needs Committed to ethical, evidence-based practice Comfortable or experienced supervising and supporting SLPAs Excellent communication and collaboration skills Enthusiastic, flexible, and dedicated to student success
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide direct speech-language therapy services for a varied K-12 caseload Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student Work alongside teachers, staff, and families to ensure best outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Supervise onsite SLPAs as assigned Support the district in delivering high-quality speech-language programming across campuses Youll join a supportive educational environment where your expertise is valued and your input helps shape programs for students throughout the district.
