Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Hold active licensure in Speech-Language Pathology for Texas Master's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or a related field Previous experience working with children or within school settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a caseload and develop customized treatment plans Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs Design and implement individualized therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and district requirements Facilitate group and one-on-one therapy sessions focused on language, articulation, fluency, and social communication Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
