Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current and valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Strong collaboration mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations of students referred for speech and language concerns Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs Provide direct therapy services and engage students in meaningful, evidence-based interventions Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students educational goals Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress
