Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling role supporting students' communication and academic success as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position is ideal for professionals passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents. Bring your expertise to a collaborative school environment, where you'll deliver high-quality speech-language services and help shape effective interventions for students with diverse needs. What we're seeking: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC-SLP certification Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations Familiarity with the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders Knowledge of school-based practices, including 504 plans and educational law compliance Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring records Key responsibilities: Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students per their 504 plans, individually or in small groups Assess, diagnose, and track students' progress in overcoming speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and carry out intervention plans tailored to each student's needs Maintain accurate records and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with school standards and regulatory requirements Participate in meetings, evaluations, and team discussions to support student success and informed decision-making Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all students through active engagement and clear communication This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive school community and positively impact students' learning journeys.
