Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students from preschool through high school. What You'll Bring:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP licensure in Texas ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience within a school setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities Flexibility to serve students across a range of grade levels, from PK to 12th grade

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 60 students Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes Travel between 1-2 campuses (to be assigned based on your preferences and strengths) Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with federal and state regulations Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions This onsite-only role (no teletherapy) offers an engaging, community-focused setting where your clinical skills will truly make a difference. The assignment runs from August 6th through May 28th, aligning with the school year and providing a stable work schedule (37.5 hours per week).
