Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure or eligibility in Texas. Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status. Comfortable providing onsite and/or teletherapy (VOCO) services. Prior experience with elementary-aged caseloads preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 90 elementary students. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings. Adapt practices for both onsite and virtual delivery as needed.
