Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist directly impacts students' lives. Situated near vibrant New Braunfels, TX, this onsite opportunity allows you to support a diverse caseload in a dynamic school environment throughout the academic year, from August 6th to May 28th. As a valued SLP, you'll have the chance to work with approximately 60 students, serving across 1-2 campuses ranging from Pre-K to high school and even transitional programs. You'll be matched to grade levels and sites that suit your strengths and preferences, ensuring a meaningful and balanced experience.

Ideal Background:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred Skilled in evaluation, development, and implementation of IEPs Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Adaptable to working with diverse age groups (PK-12) and across different sites

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to assigned students Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with school and district standards Engage in multidisciplinary teams as needed to foster holistic development for every student What to
