Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting a diverse school community near North Richland Hills, TX. This full-time contract opportunity spans the entire school year, from August 10, 2026, to May 21, 2027. You'll have the chance to work on-site, collaborating alongside educators and specialized teams in a supportive educational environment. What we're looking for: Active Texas SLP licensure (required) Experience providing speech language services in a school-based setting, preferably with K-12 students Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are preferred, but not required Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60-65 students Commitment to working at a single campus location (to be finalized) Preparedness to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills What you'll do: Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 population Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and families Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, staff development, and ongoing student evaluations Enjoy a school-based role that allows you to build ongoing relationships and see your impact throughout the academic year.
