Qualifications:

Current and active Texas SLP license required Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or school-based pediatric experience Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to a range of K-12 students as assigned Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams on individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers for integration of communication goals Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district policies and state regulations Participate in meetings and professional development as required by the district
