Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Food Truck Team Member to join our fast-paced mobile kitchen. In this role, you will be the face of our food truck and the hands behind our delicious food. You'll handle everything from taking customer orders to cooking and keeping the truck sparkling clean. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Cashiering:
Welcome customers warmly, accurately take food and drink orders using the POS system, process cash/card payments, and hand out completed orders with a smile.
Food Preparation & Cooking:
Prepare menu items following our recipes and quality standards, operate kitchen equipment (grill, fryer, assembly station), and ensure food is served fresh and fast.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
Maintain strict cleanliness and food safety standards. Keep preparation areas clean throughout the shift, perform dishwashing duties, and clean/sanitize all equipment and the truck at the end of the day.
Inventory & Setup:
Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the food truck, restock supplies, packaging, and ingredients as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in food service, customer service, or a kitchen environment is a plus, but willingness to learn is most important. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced, and compact environment. Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15-20 kg (30-40 lbs) when stocking supplies. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, or local events.
Pay:
$12.00 - $13.00 per hour
