In this full-time, onsite position, youll make a meaningful impact by helping students reach their communication goals and supporting their academic success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current and active Texas SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience in pediatric settings, particularly with school-aged children, is preferred Solid understanding of IEP processes and specialized education protocols in a school environment Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage and organize a dynamic caseload encompassing both elementary and secondary grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and create treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to age and developmental stage Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocating for students needs Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular updates to families and educational staff Consult with classroom teachers to integrate communication goals across academic settings
