Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an exciting contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year, supporting early childhood learners at a vibrant campus specializing in ECSE through 1st grade. If you're passionate about helping young students develop their communication abilities, this could be the perfect fit for you. Located just over an hour and a half from the West New Mexico border, this onsite position is tailored for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) who value collaboration and professional growth.

Desired Qualifications:

Active state licensure as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA qualified to work in schools Experience working with early childhood education and elementary-aged students preferred Strong knowledge of articulation, language, and pragmatic interventions Ability to implement individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Openness to supervision and mentorship (CFY supervision available) Organized, self-motivated, and flexible in dynamic school settings

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services to students in Pre-K through 1st grade on campus Address needs related to articulation, language development, and pragmatic/social skills Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, teachers, families, and other professionals Monitor student progress and provide regular reporting and documentation Participate in professional learning opportunities and team meetings Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment for all students As a valued clinician, you will have access to ongoing supervision for clinical fellows, a supportive onsite team, and a manageable caseload with no AAC requirements.
