Qualifications:

Active and valid SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred Experience working in schools or with adolescents is highly valued Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory Passion for fostering communication skills and student growth Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to a high school caseload Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Implement evidence-based interventions for a range of communication needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary educational teams Support diverse learners, adapting therapy as needed for students' language backgrounds Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families Expect a consistent full-time schedule with a weekly workload of 37.5 hours within a supportive school community.
