A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

We treat kids, teens, and adults and exclusively provide myofunctional therapy. Our team is small, close, and genuinely invested in each other's growth.

//www.rootedspeechandmyo.com/ What you'll do Provide speech and myofunctional therapy, including evaluations and treatment for tongue ties, tongue thrust, mouth breathing, and other orofacial myofunctional disorders Build relationships with amazing dentists, ENTs, and orthodontists on your clients' care teams Complete a complete orofacial myofunctional training (fully paid, no experience required going in) What we offer $83,333 guaranteed salary once you're fully ramped up (with paid hourly training and treatment pay before that) Productivity bonus once you exceed your weekly session goal 16 days PTO plus 6 paid holidays Monthly wellness stipend to help with health insurance or medical costs Reimbursement for ASHA dues, therapy materials, and continuing education Malpractice and worker's comp coverage included What we're looking for A licensed SLP who is excited to specialize in myofunctional therapy and brings professionalism to every client and provider interaction, and wants to be part of a practice where you get to the root cause and see life-changing results.
