Desired Qualifications:

Current, active Texas FL SLP license (please include a license image in your application) Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology (grades 6-8 and/or 10-12) Ability to fulfill full SLP responsibilities (therapy, ARDs, testing); or interest in supervision only Willingness to complete district-required fingerprinting Flexible, collaborative, and passionate about student development

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy and related services to middle or high school students (caseload 50-60) Participate in ARDs, complete testing and evaluations, and support IEP/plan development Collaborate with educational teams and families to optimize student outcomes Supervise as needed, if opting out of full-scope clinical duties
