What We're Looking For:

Current TX state Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Experience in school-based settings, working with pediatrics and K-12 students Strong clinical skills and ability to tailor interventions to individual student needs Effective communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Dedication to best practices in speech, language, and communication therapies

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based therapy Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress Document treatment sessions and maintain ongoing student records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insight to support student outcomes Offer consultation and training to staff regarding communication strategies and interventions
