Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as required Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to a diverse student population, including individualized and group settings Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with clear, measurable goals Monitor student progress and adapt interventions to maximize academic and social communication success Maintain accurate case files, service logs, and compliance documentation according to district and state regulations Educate and provide resources to teachers, support staff, and families to support student growth and generalization of skills Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and professional development activities as required
