$45/Hour Position Overview ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Coldspring, TX for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position offers a manageable caseload of approximately 40 junior high and high school students, allowing clinicians to provide meaningful services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success and independence. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations Provide direct therapy services to junior high and high school students Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Qualifications Required Active Texas SLP License Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Preferred
