A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

We are actively hiring both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced CCC-SLPs who are passionate about helping students build the communication skills they need to succeed academically and socially. Whether you're beginning your Clinical Fellowship or bringing years of experience to the classroom, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and specialists. Position Details Full-time hours Onsite position 2026-2027 school year CF and CCC candidates encouraged to apply Caseload assigned based on experience and district needs Supportive administration and multidisciplinary team Competitive weekly pay Benefits available for eligible employees Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
For Clinical Fellows:
Complete Clinical Fellowship requirements under the supervision of an experienced CCC-SLP mentor Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license (or eligibility) Clinical Fellow (CF) or ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Why Soliant Education?
