Desired Background:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid state licensure or eligibility CCC-SLP or CFY candidates are both welcome Experience in school settings, pediatric healthcare, or related fields Proficiency in addressing a range of speech, language, and communication needs Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
What Youll Do:
Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in your preferred grade range Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies Provide engaging therapy sessions tailored to students unique strengths and needs Participate in IEP meetings and document progress toward goals Consult with educators and parents to maximize student success and advocate for best practices Maintain meticulous records in compliance with local and state guidelines
