Utah Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team. In this role, the SLP will conduct speech and language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to support children with communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing needs. The Speech-Language Pathologist will collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, client-centered care and support meaningful developmental progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to pediatric clients in accordance with individualized treatment plans. Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations using appropriate assessment tools. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on clinical findings and client needs. Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support therapeutic outcomes. Collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Communicate with families and caregivers to provide education and support carryover of therapy strategies. Participate in supervision, mentorship, and professional development as part of the Clinical Fellowship program. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skill. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Experience Experience working with pediatric populations, school-based settings, or early intervention. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
