What You'll Be Doing:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients with speech, language, and communication challenges. Provide direct therapy services for children with diverse communication and feeding needs, tailoring treatment to their unique abilities. Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement strategies that support carryover of therapy techniques at home and in daily activities. Document client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure high-quality care in every session. Create a positive and engaging therapy environment in your fully equipped therapy gym, making each session productive and enjoyable for your clients and their family.
Qualifications:
A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience or a strong desire to work with children. Passionate about working with children and families to help them achieve their communication goals. A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive, and fun work environment.
