Our facility provides patient-centered care, allowing therapists to determine individual needs without rushed sessions or high production quotas. The SLP will evaluate swallowing, speech, and language difficulties, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and educate patients and families on communication and swallowing strategies. This role involves working with both adults and children to improve communication skills and swallowing functions, fostering a caring and professional environment.
