Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding assignment as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving elementary students throughout the full school year. This contract role offers two full-time positions supporting young learners with a range of speech, language, and communication needs in a dynamic and inclusive educational setting. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Virginia SLP licensure required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience with pediatric populations (elementary age preferred) Background in school-based or healthcare SLP services Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Adaptability and positivity working across varied assignments

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to elementary students Conduct individualized assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and track student progress Provide both direct therapy and consultative services in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Organize and manage schedules efficiently across one or two school campuses Document all services, maintain compliance with district and state guidelines Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture Why Apply?
