Position:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Fellow (CF) Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team in Ashburn, Virginia. This position offers strong mentorship, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth in a well-established private practice.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with families and other professionals Participate in team meetings and professional development Follow all ethical and professional standards for clinical care

Clinical Fellowship Support:

Direct supervision provided in accordance with ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements Structured mentorship and guidance Regular performance feedback Supportive environment designed to help CFs succeed and grow

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for Virginia licensure Eligible to complete ASHA Clinical Fellowship Strong communication and organizational skills Interest in working with pediatric populations Ability to work independently and as part of a team
