Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Active Virginia SLP license required Familiarity with ABA principles and verbal behavior essential Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to gain school-based experience Comfort and skill in implementing AAC devices (such as Proloquo2, Touch Chat) strongly preferred Experience supporting students prone to challenging behaviors (aggression, self-injurious behavior, property destruction) considered a plus Interest in working with a diverse age range and a variety of individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for students requiring speech and language support Collaborate closely with special education professionals, teachers, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills Leverage technology and AAC devices to facilitate communication for students with complex needs Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services rendered and student progress Enjoy the benefits of highly competitive compensation, with weekly pay ensuring regular income.
