Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Possess or be eligible for an active Virginia SLP license Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply, provided they meet Virginia provisional license requirements Experience providing therapy, conducting evaluations, and supporting IEP development preferred Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation and reporting, including Medicaid-related paperwork Willingness to travel between sites within the district as assigned

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services onsite to students, tailored to their unique needs Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings as an integral team member, contributing clinical insights Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records in accordance with school and Medicaid requirements Foster strong communication with teachers, faculty, and families to support students' overall education plans Adapt services to meet the diverse needs of K-12 learners
