Qualifications & Experience:

Current SLP-CCC certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience or strong interest in working within a school-based setting Proficiency in therapy for pediatric populations (elementary, middle, and high school) Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate for a diverse student body Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Open to professionals who are innovative, flexible, and committed to supporting students' success

Core Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and progress notes, ensuring compliance with school and regulatory requirements Deliver both push-in and pull-out therapy models based on student needs Engage in regular communication with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to maximize student potential Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as appropriate
