Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license required Previous experience with school-based caseloads preferred Expertise in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to complete district-specific onboarding, including a TB test and on-site background check

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language services to elementary students in both individual and group settings Develop and implement IEP goals, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Conduct assessments and provide timely reports as part of a comprehensive special education process
